These are best done in the pan, but if you’re lazy and just want to boil, it also works but requires lower heat so the skin doesn’t burst. Can taste chunks of octopus inside, a good change of taste from the regular pork dumplings.
Sufficient filling and can taste small pieces of octopus. Only thing is to really not boil them as the skin gets very soggy. Best pan fried.
