It is divided into two packs, but the amount in one pack is very small, so if you plan to eat only this, you will have to fry both packs at once. I only fried one pack because I was going to eat it with a lot of things. It's made from soybean meat, but if you eat it without knowing it, you won't know it's soybean meat. The good thing is that I know how to cook so I added scrambled egg and some frozen peas & carrots and fresh green onions for garnish- excellent! The package contains two separate servings which is helpful. I would buy this again because it’s nice to have items like this on hand when you need to make a quick meal.
