The delivery was great! I haven’t used the product yet since I’m waiting for oden I ordered off of Amazon instead since I at least can trust that they won’t make me have to sign a delivery for crab cakes. I have a job I need to be warned about having to sign for a delivery before making a purchase cause I don’t have time to just be sitting around for a package.

It tastes more like miso with gochujung. It doesn’t have the sour taste one would expect from kimchi. It’s a good hot pot base, I just don’t think “kimchi” is the right descriptor.
