    This is a must for good Sichuan food! This doubanjiang was packaged so delicately. This doesn’t have chili oil and requires you to mince the beans. It’s not as vibrant as the one with oil, but I actually prefer this because it’s easier to work with and I can put my own chili oil at the end. Very salty, so a little goes a long way.
