I purchased these cakes for my coworker. They were delicious and my coworker loved them! They are perfect 2 bite size squares that are rich, buttery and crumbly. Each piece was large, but although the outer shell had a nice egg flavor, I didn’t care for the amount of salt I could taste (100 mg per piece). A box contains 12 pieces and aren’t sealed. I purchased this at a discounted price, knowing that it would mean the expiration date would be not far off, so I didn’t mind that it was 8 days away.
