    Not big, about 6" in length. The smoky flavor is very good, flavourful but not salty. It can be thinly sliced and eaten cold. Will be great with cold beer in summer.

    This was soo good! I can't even show you a picture of the food because we ate it all! The portions are small but the flavor is big! We just skipped the instructions, thawed it out and air fried it. For a larger family I would suggest the same heating process, but then cut it up and cook it in something else to stretch it. Like fried rice or something.

I deboned th hock, marinate 45 minutes with just salt, pepper and onion powder. Then I tied it up and boiled with Instant Pot for 15minutes. My family love this dish since it can be served with either noodles or steamed rice.
