    It is clean but I highly doubt that this is 2LBS. I braised it and weight it on my scale it is only 370g / 0.83 lbs only..

    Stew it with pig ears to create a stewed flavor. The fishy smell is not strong. Just use onion, ginger, garlic and rice wine to remove the fishy smell👍
