The pork belly is good quality and the braised meat is delicious

Very Good Product

Most of it is fat. This cut of pork is too fatty when steamed. It's best used in stir fries.

marinated and air fried it! yum!

It's ok. There's too much fat in the meat. I fried all the oil and only 1/3 of it was left.

Got it! Thank you weee!

Top skin was a little hard after I airfry it. Used it for crispy kare kare.

Not bad, received it unfrozen.

This is my first time ordering and I think it's good.

Thick cut pork belly

The pork belly is good, with some fat and some meat, no meaty smell, and it is very fragrant when roasted.

Received good and frozen now I can make my menudo this is best for menudo

Very good meat and excellent quality!!

I like to make kimchi stew with pork belly.

Very fatty, about 1/3 of the pack is fats, more than expected. Well, have to make lard with it instead of wasting

It is very suitable for stewing and it is super delicious!

Ingredients: Two pounds of pork belly with skin cut into pieces, three stalks of green onion cut into sections, four slices of ginger, four cloves of garlic (smash with the back of a knife), one red pepper (if you are afraid of spicy food, wash it and don't cut it), cooking rice wine, black pepper, white pepper, sugar (red or white, brown sugar is better), basil (for garnish, basil is also OK), soy sauce, oyster sauce, boiling water Method: First marinate the pork belly with cooking rice wine, sugar, black and white pepper, green onion, garlic, chili, and ginger slices for a while (at least ten minutes) Pour a little oil or apply a layer of oil in the cast iron pan and fry the pork belly over medium-low heat (note: do not put the chili, green onion, garlic, and ginger into the pan at this time) and wait for the meat to turn over. After the noodles are cooked, pour all the spices and the remaining marinade sauce into the pot (adding too early may cause it to burn and taste bitter) After the meat is fried on both sides until golden brown, add soy sauce and oyster sauce (note: the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce should be appropriate to avoid being too salty) boiling water (note: the total amount of liquid should slightly cover or flush with the meat) sugar (you can add a little more to suit your personal taste. It is better to use brown sugar) cover the pot and simmer for about half an hour (maintain medium-low heat) Stir the pot after boiling to check the color of the meat. If there is still a lot of liquid in the pot, do not cover the pot and turn to high heat to collect the soup (depending on your personal preference for the thickness of the soup) Put basil or basil, celery on the plate and garnish

The stew is super delicious, super fragrant and super delicious

First time ordering pork belly !

Well packed still frozen when its delivered and fast delivery

I ordered it again because it's easy to eat. I use it in kimchi stew and when making tofu kimchi.

Still frozen and looks good

It's all fat lymph meat, which is not good for your health. It's almost pure fat, so don't buy it.

The first time I bought it, I used it to stew meat slices for Sukiyaki. It was so convenient and great.

i tried pork belly once and liked it, so i ordered it again and would like to try a recipe with it. this is how it came frozen and weee did an awesome job delivering it still frozen. i love my weee products, plus i really dont like going to store. huge thank to weee.

Stir-fried pork with peppers is a great dish to go with rice

Very convenient, reasonable price, will buy again next time

The pot is delicious and the quantity is also large

It's hard to see because it's frozen, but it's cut into bite-size pieces. I think it's perfect and convenient for eating alone. Weee I was worried because people said it smelled like meat, but I think this will be fine.

Too much oily meat, I have to pick it out piece by piece, I won't buy it again!

Yummy belly I make barbecue for this

Good pork bought many times

Second time purchasing thanks weee
