Tastes wonderful but roughly half of it is a thick fat. I had to trim the fat aggressively. I cooked it in sous vide and my friends loved it. If you don't mind trimming so much fat, go ahead and get it. I maybe repurchase if it's on a sale.
Remove some of the oil and it's enough for two people.

Frozen meat, fresh color, correct weight
It arrived frozen solid, and I defrosted it in the fridge and cooked it. It had no smell and was so delicious! I would 100% buy it again!!!

Pork is a must for kimchi stew! It has just the right amount of oil, and it’s hard to find pork shoulder in the US, so I buy some and grill it in small portions, and I also use it in stews and stir-fries!!
I like buying the joel and braising it in soy sauce, five spice and sugar. I can eat this for many days.

It's delicious~ but it's a bit troublesome to cut and there's a bit too much fat
The white meat in the divided picture is less than two slices, because the first slice has been cooked first, and I found it to be very, very oily (completely different from the Matsusaka pork I have eaten) and with a pork smell. It is really hard to swallow the fat! There is nothing you can do about the pork smell in the United States, but the Guisong Songsong Pork that was weighed was more than 3/4 fat, and it was so hard to cut it!
