I ordered it because there were many rave reviews, but it was average in my opinion. Some people said the portion was small, and it looked small, but it wasn't when I ate it. I liked the barley noodles better than this.

The taste was delicious, but the noodles were a bit dry, so they broke into small pieces while boiling, and they also crumbled when draining the water...they weren't noodles that you could slurp.

I ate it today, and it was definitely softer than regular cold noodle noodles, probably because it was buckwheat, but it didn't have a chewy texture, so it was a little disappointing. But it seems much healthier on the inside!!
