If I have to say a downside, it's that peeling the shells is a bit troublesome, but it's quite easy to peel, and there's no intestine mud to clean. The shrimp are small, so you need to eat a lot of them. I boil a pot of water, throw them in to thaw for a few seconds, then chill and peel them. They are delicious without seasoning.
