I thawed it in the refrigerator overnight and then boiled it in vinegar. This way, you can eat the bones and head too, and it's very delicious and good for improving osteoporosis. I'll keep this on hand from now on.

Got home from work and came home to my Weee order waiting at the door. Sooo tired and hungry good thing we had hot rice! I opened up a bottle of these sardines and dinner was served! So yummy with just the right amount of heat. Sprinkled some crispy onions on it and ate it with pickled daikon-carrot-onion mix. Hungry no more!!

This jar of tiny fish is plentiful. I usually just eat them with just mustard, some wasabi Mayo over a bed of lettuce or add to a rice bowl. But I made some super sized jasmine rice balls with them. The price matches the quality and the quantity.
