I bought it to make soup and frozen tofu. I heard that using softer tofu to make frozen tofu results in more porous and airy textures. It's cheaper to buy it on sale.
It says soft tofu, but it was firm tofu, which was perfect for cooking and was delicious.
The shelf life is less than one month.
