Maybe because I bought it at the same time as the seasonings, they packed it separately. Personally, I would have preferred it if they had packed it together, but that's how careful they were in packaging. The product itself is the same quality as the Japanese one, and my daughter likes it. Of course it's more expensive than the Japanese one, but I want to keep using it.
