This is my first time ordering and trying this. We ate them for dinner, the downside about it. We followed the instructions to heat up. Unfortunately, the bun is hot already, but the bola-bola inside is still cold. I'm not sure if we did something wrong. Tastes of the meat are a little overcooked.

It is not easy to find bola-bila siopao locally so I ordered this. The meatball in the center was a little too dense and became tough when warmed up. It also lacked flavir for me so I dipped in some sweet chili sauce. The dough is a typical soft bun, nothing special.
