I haven't had Shanghai-style smoked fish for a long time. I ate it today and it tasted great. I will buy it again next time.
Generally smoked fish is very sweet, but the taste of this packaged fish is very much to my liking. The quantity is reasonable too. Unfortunately the quality of the fish was not very good and it felt woody. I try it occasionally to try it out and will occasionally repurchase.
