Love this water bamboo ready to serve dish. It’s also low calories and yet delicious. You can enjoy it as a cold dish or if preferred; you can stir fry it in a stove top and add meat if you like. But I enjoy it as a vegetarian dish.

This type of pickled bamboo shoot is convenient; it doesn’t need cooking, just pour it out and use it. You can heat it up briefly if you like. The bamboo shoots aren’t very crispy, only slightly so, and they are quite bland. If you want a richer flavor, add a little soy sauce.
The taste is a little lighter, but the bamboo shoots are very old and hard to bite. Not as delicious as the other one! I bought five bags this time, which was a big mistake.
Order this along with some frozen items. This came in a separate bag. Love how carefully thoughtful of item in what delivery package jt need to be in.
