these are delicious the noodles are a lot thicker than what I'm used to for sweet potato glass noodles it's also not as sour as I wanted so I did end up adding vinegar to it as it cooked but still good and very spicy.

My husband doesn't like this. I think he made it according to the instructions and opened the sweet soy sauce. I burned it, then changed the sauce packet and put some soy sauce directly, and added some vegetables and eggs. I think it tastes very good. So if you don't like sweet noodles, don't put that sauce packet, and it's best to burn it. Southern stomachs can't eat hard noodles.
