Pork chop - whole fan, 2 large slices in a bag, very fresh, I like it.
I bought it to make gamjatang. It was convenient because there wasn't a lot of oil and I didn't have to do much cleaning. When I make gamjatang, it doesn't smell like meat at all and it's delicious.
The ribs are clean and fresh. Come grill the ribs on turkey day.
The packaging is neat and I don't have to do any extra cleaning, so it's great for mainly lean meat.
I don't buy in the future again. Since it is folded in a package, during cooking I needed to put out from pan and open the meat. Uncooked part is folded part. The size is great, but I feel difficulty to cook.
First time buying, hope it's good. .
