I've tried this brand from supermarkets before, but first time ordering from Weee. It was at a decent sale price (nowadays the supermarkets mostly charge >$2 per pack of these kinds of noodles, and maybe smaller quantities, too). These taste about the same as the other brands I've tried, and since they're thinner than the standard guilin rice sticks, didn't take as long to cook.

The Japanese label says "harusame" (bean noodles), but the ingredients are 90% rice and 10% water, so there's no way it's harusame. Wee!'s Japanese labeling is so terrible that they either don't bother catering to Japanese customers, or everything except Chinese is machine translated by Google. There are many types of noodles made only from rice and water, but these are much thinner than the rice vermicelli sold in Japan, which is why I chose this product.
Love this brand, and it's really hard to find in area I live in. But I found it here, will buy some more.
I have to soak the noodles first before cooked with onions and vegetables.
