      Because it is so big, I tried it as sashimi at first, but it became watery because I couldn't get all the moisture out, but the second time I tried it, I was able to get the moisture out and it was very delicious. I was able to cook many dishes with one fish, such as sashimi, nigiri, negitoro, and seafood chirashi.

      I'm happy to be able to get sashimi at a low price. There was skin on both sides, so I peeled it off. The English name on the package is Yellowfin, and according to Wikipedia, the Japanese name is Kihada. It's described as belly fat, but it didn't feel that way at all. It was light and easy to eat.

      Yellowfin Tuna Belly was on sale, I took advantage of that, I got three of them. They arrived frozen, and smelled fresh. I removed the skin and scales right away. It’s easier to remove the skin, while it still frozen. I’m very happy with my purchase. I have no idea how I will prepare them, but I’m sure that my family and I are going to enjoy it.
