    any Lumpia shanghai made a filipino is so good kaya nung nakita ko tong brand na to ordered it right away. the trick to nicely cooked shanghai is cook it in a very hot oil in low heat then after a while when its nearly cooked, turn up to medium heat. hope this helps!

    Pros — these are each individually ‘sealed’ (meaning they aren’t the kind that were rolled in one sheet and chopped into smaller pieces). Cons — price point — at the time I bought these Weee had these priced at $17.99/pkg. For the taste, they just didn’t match that price. They were a bit salty—and despite the wonderful presentation/wrapping they just fell flat flavor-wise. I can’t justify buying them again for convenience sake. I think these are just better made when you have some spare time on your hands and can season/wrap them yourself.

    I like the size of the lumpia because you can cut it into two or three parts. It tastes good especially if dipped into ketchup or sweet chili sauce.
