It was my first time making it, so I didn't know how to cook it. I wanted to pan-fry it, but then I saw that the meat was quite thick, so I changed it to stewing it. When it was almost done, I sprinkled some garlic powder, salt, and cumin powder. I don't know if it was because I stewed it a little too much, but the meat was a little tough when chewed, or if it was the original texture of the meat.
