The soup is very rich. I happen to have lamb shoulder at home. I simmer it with ginger for an hour and then add the soup dumplings and cook it for half an hour. Add some fresh mushrooms and louvered tofu and it is very delicious. I feel warm all over after eating.

There is no need to thaw, just fry it on the lowest heat for 10 minutes on one side, and it is a delicious dish. convenient! Will repurchase if the price is reduced.

I defrosted it, cut it into cubes, and stewed it with vegetables. I'm glad I can get this, as I can't get dried freeze-dried tofu anymore.
I couldn't get freeze-dried tofu so I bought this frozen tofu. I made a stew with it, and it tasted just like freeze-dried tofu, so I think I'll keep buying it.
