Water chestnut cake two ways - pan fried & microwaved. Both are very good!
The water chestnut cake came in three pieces. I warmed it up in the microwave for 30 seconds so they were softened, it was not too sweet and had a nice taste. I ordered it again and will try pan frying it next.
The taste is generally not sweet enough, but I bought it because I was greedy.
Average taste. Wont buy again
The color of the cake is cold so it will not have the beautiful orange color as the picture. You just hold the microwave for less than 1 minute or fry it again in the pan to get the orange color as above.
