I am pretty upset with this app. Thus is my very first purchase and probably my last. I ordered this moon cake product weeks ago and finally arrived well after the season. However, this tin was never boxed and was just shoved into a plastic bag and shipped with thin bubble wrap. The tin was damaged and dented. How can I gift this product in this condition? Trying to get a refund and or return label is impossible. What a ripoff! buyers beware!!
