I wasn’t sure what to expect from frozen xoi khuc, but this one was so yummy after steaming. The sticky rice was soft and chewy. The mung bean layer was smooth and not too heavy. And the shrimp filling in the center was rich and savory. Even when you leave it out the sticky rice still had a good texture. Definite repurchase

I did microwave 6 mins as said on the instructions, came out without soup, the noodles all soft and mushy. Should microwaved 5 mins. Taste good anyway but not the fish ball.
