The seller shipped the products promptly, but for some reason FedEx claimed that the seller had not submitted the required documents, and as a result, my package was held for nearly ten days. Because of this delay, I was only able to receive it today. Most of the items still have one to two months left before expiration, but unfortunately, a few of them arrived already past their expiration date. (This was entirely FedEx’s fault…) That said, since most of the products are in good condition and I truly appreciated the seller’s quick customer service and helpful support, I did not request a refund. As other reviewers have mentioned, the products themselves are excellent, but the shelf life is quite short. Considering the price and the fact that these items are shipped directly from Japan, I am personally satisfied despite the short expiration dates, but I hope other buyers will keep this in mind when placing an order.
