I like this mustard sauce the most, with a little sour grapefruit flavor, it is a good choice for sashimi or avocado.
Really like this version of yuzu kosho.. better than the S&B brand. You can actually taste the yuzu and chilis in it. Slightly on the saltier side but it works as a great dipping sauce for different meats, hot pot, etc. can even mix it with some kewpie to make a yummy aioli for sandwiches!

I never thought I'd be able to get yuzu kosho in America. It's been around for a long time in the countryside, and I wondered if I could make it with lime. It's useful when you want to spice up udon, yakitori, pasta, somen, sashimi, or steak.
Since it was a bottled product, it was well packaged and would have been too heavy to carry back from Japan, so I was glad I was able to buy it here.
Small jar but enough. Can taste the yuzu and it’s pretty spicy and salty.
It tastes good with seafood, steak, or even boiled chicken feet and beef tendons, but its shelf life is a bit short.
