You can use the microwave or heat it in a pan. I think it is more fragrant and easier to heat evenly if you stir-fry it in a pan. There are many pieces of abalone meat. It has the sour and spicy taste of kimchi.
The abalone fried rice really appealed to me, but it was a bit small!
