As it gets warmer, I crave cold noodles.
Sprinkle some seaweed inside, float some ice, and top it with sliced cucumbers, and you have a perfect summer^.^

The soba noodles are OK, and they also have seaweed and sesame seeds. I think it's good, but it may not be for everyone.
The package contains two servings, with everything in separate packets, and the prep directions are clear. I liked the flavor of the perilla oil and seaweed and enjoyed the chewiness of the buckwheat noodles. The package noted they were steamed instead of boiled. This was a refrigerated product, which might be the reason (along with the unnecessary tray) for the high price.
