This is my first purchase. I was looking for a bottle of doubanjiang that I usually use because I ran out, so I found this and bought it. When I opened it, it had a nice red miso smell It looks like hard miso, When I licked it, it was salty, which is only natural, it's miso! The chili pepper is also effective It's rich and delicious, and I think it can be used in a variety of ways.
