It's useful for stir-frying
I guess the texture is less tasty than raw. I stir-fried it with pork and it was delicious.
Added the garlic sprouts to Mama Tom Yum ramen, egg, kimchi and bok choy all from Wee. They are like green beans but with a little garlic taste. Great for ramen, soup and stir fry.

So convenient and worth the price over store raw garlic that always seems to be expensive and goes bad quickly. This is freezer friendly and so beyond ridiculously quick to use. The flavor is true to and would have never guessed it was frozen garlic paste. Easy to pop out of the container and easy to sautéed up.
