It's a very small fish-shaped bread, but it has sweet potato mousse inside. I baked a whole bag, and it seems like the perfect amount for three people to eat as a snack. The dough is not good. Idk if it’s old or freezer burned or something. Is is not chewy at all. More like flavorless gunk. The red bean is plentiful and taste fine and the shape size and outer layer is fine. But the inner dough just kills it.
