This cheesecake is the main reason I signed up for Say Weee. I first tried it while on vacation in Japan, absolutely fell in love, and wasn't sure when I was going to be able to eat it again. It's every bit as good from here as when I bought it at the New Chitose Airport. The flavor is light and perfectly balanced in a way that brings out the flavor of the cheese in the best way possible. The texture is silky and light. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you for bringing a taste of Hokkaido home to me!
