Flavor is just fine. Not strong enought for me, but I love spicy and salty things. It has pollack meat(?) with some of bones and sharp part. Not good for kids. It has 3 noodle package, 3 sauce, 1 soup and 1 pollack. Therefore, it is difficult to eat separately
It's good that the cold noodles and bibim sauce are packaged separately, but I'm satisfied with everything else except that the pickled radish and pollack roe are packaged together!
After eating the delicious radish cold noodles at Sura Sang, I decided to try the hoe cold noodles as well.
It tastes so good when you eat it with dumplings~~~~ hehe

I tried it right after receiving the raw fish soup, but it's sweet and chewy... ? I added green vegetables and green chili peppers after reading the reviews, but it's still sweet. I wonder if it would have been different if I had chopped the perilla leaves thinly... The packaging is neat.
The quantity is large for the price, and when eaten with vegetables, it tastes like raw fish soup sold at restaurants! The seasoning is sweet and sour, so it's delicious.

To be honest, the squid in this is dry, tough, small in quantity, and not very good in many ways, but I buy it purely because the seasoning is delicious. It's also delicious if you buy a pack of raw fish and add it, and chop up some more vegetables and eat it.

Very impressed with Surasand cold noodles set. Chewy noodles, cool broth, seasoned radish and pollock all separately packaged. Seasoning are more sweeter side for me. Need to keep frozen.
It was delicious. In the seasoned pollack, it felt like there was more radish than pollack..! The pickled radish and seasoned pollack are in one container, so you have to choose between eating them in small portions or eating them all at once!
It's a big bag and should be worth it. Cut some cucumbers yourself
