Compared to the dried overnight anchovy from Taiwan, this one has a higher CP value, but it is a bit salty and has a more obvious fishy smell. Personally, I would still choose the dried overnight anchovy from Taiwan.
I haven't eaten it yet, but it looks like it's a good size and color. I'm looking forward to eating it.

Half of them not fresh
This is my second order. Last time they were all fresh, but this time they're wilted and limp, with many discolored. With the heat this day, it can't be helped. I put a little water in a ziplock bag and put it in the fridge right away. They'll last for 3-4 weeks ^_^
This is the second time I've bought these very fresh shiso leaves. I'll buy them again. They run out quickly.

It's expensive in the US, but I sometimes want it, so I bought it to try it out. There was a lot more than I expected ^ ^ and it's all fresh! It's a large amount, so it's good to use it frequently in cooking. I want it to last as long as possible. I'll buy it again!
There were about 20 dead leaves and leaves that had shriveled due to water loss. Other than that, the plant was generally in good condition.
