Omg these croquettes are so delicious!!! I loved them, got them on sale and I'm so glad I did. they're pretty easy to cook up and are so good without any sauce on the side. my mom even had them and she even agreed that they're delicious too. Delicious. of course they're gonna be good because a curry croquette is literally best out of any croquette filling. The panko is super crispy after being fried, fluffy in the inside and full of delicious curry flavor in the middle. It has chunks of carrots which are pretty tender inside. I pan fried mines, I didn't deep fry them due to being too oily for me. But these and the corn ones are so good but the curry is my favorite.
