It's very fresh and moist, with a sour and sweet taste. People who are afraid of sour food may find it a bit sour, but overall it's okay.
They were not Valencia oranges. They were Navel oranges. When I opened them I could tell by the texture and the juice. Looking at the sticker it says Navel oranges. Valencia is super juicy and soft, yielding a lot of juice. Not sure why they are being sold as Valencia.
The big California oranges are super nice, sweet and juicy with a fresh orange scent, great.
Clean and not bruised. I'm waiting on them to ripen, but they smell orangey and floral. I'm looking forward to peeling one. I could probably use the peel for candied applications or for zest.

The 4.7-5.3 pound Double Happiness Oranges this time are fresh, but the size is very small, even smaller than the 10-pound bags, and it seems that the box size is more than 100, the smallest and thinnest. In the past, the bulk Double Happiness Oranges were usually 72 or 88 sizes, which was a bit disappointing!
