There are two small sticks in each packet. There is not much soy milk, so it doesn't taste like soy milk. The egg roll itself has a stronger egg fragrance and a very crispy taste.
Really good if you are a soy milk fan like myself! The texture of the wafer is crispy yet soft, and I loved the subtle, nutty, toasty, almost maple syrupy flavor from the soy.
