The spicy hot pot made with hot pot base is a little salty
Will try this next time we have hot pot, but it looks pretty good. Basically the same as your typical spicy hot pot base, and individually packaged, but cheaper price than the big brands. Hope it tastes good
One of the worst hot pot bases I have ever had in my life. I ate it for three meals to avoid wasting it and I couldn't stand it anymore... It was so damn disgusting, extremely oily and extremely salty, but there was almost no spicy taste. There was no other taste except oily and salty. Prepare a big bag of cooking oil at home, add a big spoonful of salt, and a big spoonful of red pigment, and it will be 100% authentic. I almost never write reviews when I buy things, but this was so disgusting that it blew me away. This Kawasaki base looks very beautiful and the packaging looks decent, but it is all show and no substance. It makes people angry when eating hot pot.
