If you like spicy food but don't like spicy seasonings, you should buy this one. It's spicier than the ones from Liupo. It has the feel of chili peppers in small restaurants, but there is too little oil and is full of sesame and spicy pepper.

This has a good amount of heat if you're looking for something spicy. It's a most definite buy if you like Chili oil with your pho, fried rice or even Biang Biang Mian with a fried egg on top. I bought 2 of them.

The Erjingtiao used to make Shaanxi oil-splashed chili is more fragrant and medium spicy. The Erjingtiao in a pack is quite big and not too broken.
We use Dried red chillies a lot in our South Indian cooking. I usually buy the long red chillies from Indian Stores. This time I bought this brand chillies imported from China. Hope it gives the same pungent taste as the Indian Chillies.
