Just the right sweetness, just like the regular Basque
It’s pre made Spanish Burnt Basque Cheese Cake . It’s not bad at all just very small portion for a pretty expensive price . I was able to eat a freshly made one way back on my vacation a few years back in the Philippines . It was melt on your mouth experience because it was made fresh but for a premade frozen one this isn’t too bad .
It was smaller than I expected, but the reviews were good so I'm looking forward to eating it.

Beautiful packaging! I don't feel it’s too small for me, I could divide them into 6 small slices. It tastes really good, one of the best, it’s more toward the heavy side thou. I didn't take a photo after slicing it as I ate it immediately when arrived, so it’s still kinda frozen, so it’s a little ugly after I sliced it. Were! did a really good job with freezing the product!

It's not a typical Basque cheesecake. The bottom layer is Earl Grey tea cake base and the top layer is sea salt cheese. The sea salt taste is very strong, but the Earl Grey tea is almost untouchable.
As for the other pastries from this same bakery, I should say that the best thing about this cheesecake is its fluffy texture, really pleasing. The earl grey flavor is very mild, almost unnoticeable. All in all, it’s not an outstanding cheesecake (and it’s certainly overpriced), but it’s still fairly good.

I didn't realize it came with rose petals on the top. I thought it was just stylized for the photo, so if you've allergic or anything, be aware. I am disappointed with this cheesecake. I was willing to pay $15 for a 4" because it was for my birthday, but it wasn't worth it. I have had basque cheesecake before, and this isn't it. This is clearly overcooked, as the cheesecake part is dry and not creamy at all and there are big holes along the perimeter. The flavor isn't bad, but its not very matcha-y. The mousse on top is delicious, great texture and flavor, but overall, I am not into it. I am glad I tried it at least, because now I know not to get it again.
