The biggest issue I have is that the ingredient has gelatin (for the white marsmallow cover) and while the chinese ingredient list mentions this, the english part does not. It could be important if people have dietary restictions and do not read chinese.
The soufflé is not too sweet! It’s not crispy either, it feels a bit gluey, and another brand is more delicious. I probably won’t repurchase.
