Tasty, moist, and have a good proportion of filling to dough. However, there is very little pork in the filling. I can see the bamboo shoots, and I can taste the pork via the pork oil, BUT not a detectable texture of pork meat at all.Will probably not buy this again.
These were delicious. I almost finished all of them in a sitting.
