not what I thought. i thought it was one of those warming medical parches. instead, it's like those pocket hand warmers you get on amazon, but larger and a sticker. while the translation on the package says to use on your foot, but is really for anywhere on the body, but only over clothes/underclothes (one of the warnings is to not stick on to skin and avoid areas of potential high pressure
After eight hours of sticking, it swells and is no longer hot. The little white rabbit warm stickers are still relatively long-lasting. I hope Weee can buy them.
