A must-have for cooking, it is great for marinating meat, and it makes stir-fried vegetables taste good.
There were no issues with the soy sauce! Very well padded like the other glass bottles, I just think the heavier glass was what caused the cans in the same order to get as banged up as they did. Will note for next time.
Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce, which is always available at home, is great for stir-frying and cold dishes.

I often buy it. It has a moderate saltiness with a little sweetness, and it is not as dark as the dark soy sauce, but it adds to the appearance and taste of the dishes.
