I was very nervous when I bought bird's nest online for the first time. I used to eat it all year round but I always bought it in physical stores in Hong Kong. I ordered this one because of the promotional price and was basically satisfied with it. The product was in the same size as the picture, the quantity was enough, and the protein fragrance/fishy smell of the bird's nest was right. It was just not as dry as the one I bought in the store upstairs, but the moisture was acceptable. I stewed it once and the quality of the soaking was good. I will buy it again when there is a discount in the future.
