4 packs in the bag, not sure if I like the soup yet. The noodles has some kind of vinegar smell when boiled. Once it’s cooked, you can no longer smell it though
Akuan Instant Vermicelli with Hot & Sour Flavor is an instant vermicelli with 4 seasoning packs. The vermicelli is good quality with a good amount after cooked and expanding. The hot and sour is very spicy to me, so use it accordingly to your taste. ? I only use partial pf spicy sauce. ? Product of China.
The vermicelli in each small package in the four-pack is also individually packaged, so the neatness is immediately improved! The numbing taste in hot and sour vermicelli is relatively prominent among the same type, and the vinegary taste in the vermicelli is not so obvious, but the sourness is actually quite obvious in the soup. The overall taste is pretty good, not too spicy. Adding some vegetable ham would make it even better. Will consider repurchasing if there is a discount.

This is another repurchase--I tried this from my last order when it was at regular price, and ended up really liking them. They're similar to the Baijia brand vermicelli noodles in the variety pack, but the hot and sour flavor one. I feel like this one tastes better though
My favorite is the hot and sour noodles. Not too much.
Not as hot as they look but your mouth does go numb from the Szechuan peppercorn. Just the right amount of sour. New favorite!

The noodles are good but there’s a flavor in the broth I don’t really like- it tastes like fiddleheads maybe? Not sure. But the noodles are delicious, I will repurchase but cook with different broth.
