I bought this sauce for the third time. It is very good to stew lamb with some bean curd and vermicelli. But don't add too much water as the instructions say. I only put about 1500ml, stewed two pounds of meat and a large carrot. Taste the saltiness before serving and add some chicken essence or salt appropriately. Delicious
